Company Purpose
Beschaffung von preiswerten Wohnungen, vor allem für ihre Mitglieder und insbesondere für Einwohner von Matt. Die Genossenschaft verfolgt keinerlei Gewinnabsichten. Sie sucht ihren Zweck zu erreichen durch: Kauf von geeignetem Land und Bau oder Kauf von soliden, zweckmässigen Wohnhäusern; zeitgemässen Unterhalt und Erneuerung der bestehenden Bauten der WGM und der einzelnen Mitglieder; Vermietung von Wohnungen oder deren Verkauf an Einwohner von Matt zu möglichst günstigen Preisen.
