Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt, preisgünstigen Wohn- und Geschäftsraum für ihre Mitglieder und weitere Personen zu schaffen. Sie fördert gemeinschaftliche und ökologische Wohn- und Lebensformen sowie die Erhaltung von Wohnqualität. Die Genossenschaft sucht ihren Zweck zu erreichen durch: Bau, Erwerb und oder Miete von zweckmässigen Liegenschaften oder Wohnobjekten; Vermietung von Wohn- und Geschäftsraum an ihre Mitglieder, ausnahmsweise an weitere Personen; generell die Zurverfügungstellung von Wohn- und Geschäftsraum im Hinblick auf die Förderung gemeinschaftlicher Wohn- und Lebensformen. Die Genossenschaft arbeitet auf gemeinnütziger Grundlage. Jede Art von Spekulation mit Boden und Liegenschaften ist ausgeschlossen. Die Genossenschaft kann sich an anderen Unternehmen ähnlicher Art beteiligen und Bestrebungen zur Förderung genossenschaftlichen Besitzes und gemeinschaftlichen Wohnens unterstützen und die Mitgliedschaft bei Dachorganisationen gemeinnütziger Baugenossenschaften erwerben.
