Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft verfolgt den Zweck, in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe und Mitverantwortung ihren Mitgliedern gesunden und preisgünstigen Wohnraum zu verschaffen und zu erhalten. Sie sucht diesen Zweck zu erreichen durch: Erwerb von Bauland und Baurechten; Bau und Erwerb von Mehrfamilienhäusern, die den zeitgemässen genossenschaftlichen Wohnbedürfnissen entsprechen; sorgfältigen und laufenden Unterhalt und periodische Erneuerung der bestehenden Bauten; Errichtung von Ersatzneubauten, wenn die bestehenden Bauten nicht mehr auf wirtschaftlich vertretbare Art und Weise erneuert werden können; Beanspruchung von Förderungsinstrumenten nach dem eidg. Wohnraumförderungsgesetz bzw. entsprechenden kantonalen und kummunalen Gesetzen.
