Company Purpose
Die Genossenschaft bezweckt ihren Mitgliedern gesunde und preiswerte Wohnungen zu verschaffen und zu erhalten. Die Genossenschaft sucht diesen Zweck zu erreichen durch: a. Übernahme von Land im Baurecht oder zu Eigentum; b. Erstellen von Wohnhäusern; c. Vermietung der Wohnungen in erster Linie an ihre Mitglieder im Rahmen deren ausgewiesenen Bedürfnisse.
