Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt durch die Erstellung und die Vermietung von preisgünstigen Kleinwohnungen in der Gemeinde Sevelen in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe dauerhaft den Bedarf an Wohnraum zu tragbaren finanziellen Bedingungen zu decken. Die Wohnungen sind ausschliesslich für die Genossenschafter bestimmt. Vorrang haben Betagte und Invalide, die seit mindestens einem Jahr ihren Wohnsitz (Art. 23 ff. ZGB) in Sevelen haben oder Seveler Bürger sind. Die Genossenschaft kann alle Geschäfte tätigen, die mit dem vorgenannten Zweck direkt oder indirekt im Zusammenhang stehen oder ihn zu fördern geeignet erscheinen. Ein Verkauf von Wohnungen oder Grundstücken der Genossenschaft ist nur bei Vorliegen wichtiger Gründe möglich.
