Die Genossenschaft ist Eigentümerin der Liegenschaft "Zum Klösterli", Bertschikerstrasse 35, 37 und 39, in 8620 Wetzikon, und bezweckt: die Liegenschaft dauernd der Spekulation zu entziehen; günstigen Wohnraum zu schaffen und zu erhalten; die Bausubstanz und den Charakter dieser Liegenschaft zu erhalten und zu pflegen; selbstverwaltete und gemeinschaftliche Wohnformen zu ermöglichen.
